Wow! Where has the summer gone? The pitmaster has been smoking up a storm and everything smells delicious. There are new menu items for you to enjoy: Frito Pie, a giant turkey leg, twice-baked potatoes, and desserts like fudgy brownies and chocolate chip cookies. Plus, a few new surprises will be on the menu this fall!
It cannot be said enough, thank you to all of you for being so sporktacular!! The lines were long at First Friday but you all were gracious, patient, and took it all in stride. We strive to serve you a delicious meal that is made from quality ingredients. The meats are slow smoked and take hours to cook and lots of care and attention. The sides are freshly made from scratch. We appreciate that you are willing to wait for our mouthwatering BBQ, coleslaw, beans, and more.
We’ve been busy and have been scheduling lots of events for you. We are catering an event on August 20, 12-1 PM, but the plan is to also be open to the public. Once the details on this and other events are finalized, we will post them here.
